Job summary

You will analyze Wi‑Fi coverage, perform heatmaps, and contribute to project deliverables while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel for on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of IP design, static routing, routing tables, VLANs and STP.
• Familiarity with Wi-Fi planning, AP placement and optimization across enterprise brands.
• Excellent communication and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, access systems and network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, pre-staging, configuration and deployment of routers, switches, APs and CCTV.
• Perform Wi‑Fi coverage analysis and generate heatmaps using Ekahau or similar tools.
• Provide post-project support, troubleshooting and customer service via messaging tools.
• Prepare detailed project documentation using Microsoft Office and Visio.
