Job summary

ASF Food & Beverage (M) is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics/Inventory Assistant in Malaysia to manage inventory control, stock receiving and issuing, and maintain accurate records. You will coordinate deliveries, prepare documents such as GRN and DO, liaise with production, sales, finance, suppliers and transporters, and support related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control, stock receiving, stock issuance, stock counting and record maintenance
• Logistics coordination, delivery arrangements and transportation scheduling.
• Preparation and processing of operational documents such Good Receipts Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), Stock Reports and related reports.
• Coordination with Production, Sales, Finance, Suppliers, Customer, Transporters and other stakeholders.
• Support purchasing, warehouse, administrative and operational activities as required.
• Maintain proper filing, documentation and records in accordance with company procedures.
• Assists in ensuring compliance with company SOPs, food safety requirements, quality standards and housekeeping practices.
• Provide support to other departments when required to ensure smooth business operations.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Mangement from time to time.
