Job summary

Cleanroom Industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead daily site operations at our industrial project site in Penang. You will supervise activities in line with plans and ISO standards, coordinate with subcontractors, assign tasks to installers, monitor progress and quality, ensure timely delivery of materials, manage storage and maintenance of equipment, and participate in TBMs.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Project Supervisor mainly in industrial/construction work.
• Possess at least a certificate or diploma in related field.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Good communication and writing skills are essential.
• Able to work independently with good teamwork.
• Adaptable and able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities at the project site.
• Supervise the overall project ensuring compliance with plans/drawing, ISO standard specification and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assign task to installers and monitor the work progress.
• Check and monitor material quantity received on site according to DO/drawing.
• Monitor quality control of installation and minimize defects.
• Ensure tools and materials are available and sufficient for a smooth operation.
• Coordinate with Project Manager/Lead and identify material storage and fabrication area.
• Ensure good maintenance of company machineries/tools & rented equipment at all times.
• Responsible for arranging loading & unloading activities at site when necessary.
• Attend all required meetings including Tools Box Meeting (TBM).
