Job summary

Polymer Applications (M) Sdn Bhd – Petaling is looking for a capable Site Supervisor to plan, coordinate and supervise daily activities across multiple projects in Malaysia. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will read drawings, monitor progress, allocate manpower and prepare reports, while maintaining strong client relationships and professional representation of the company on site.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Experience in site supervision across construction, industrial flooring, concrete repair, waterproofing or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings, site measurements and material planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily site activities to meet schedule and quality requirements.
• Prepare, monitor and update project schedules, work progress and manpower allocation.
• Calculate material requirements based on drawings and site measurements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets standards and client specs.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and SOPs at all times.
• Prepare daily reports, progress reports, attendance records and material consumption records.
• Coordinate project handover, punch lists and completion documentation.
• Supervise multiple projects across locations when required.
• Maintain good client relationships and represent the company professionally on site.

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily site activities to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
• Prepare, monitor and update project schedules, work progress and manpower allocation.
• Calculate material requirements based on project drawings, site measurements and approved specifications.
• Conduct site inspections before, during and after installation to ensure workmanship complies with company standards and client specifications.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company SOPs and site rules at all times.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, attendance records, material consumption records and photographic documentation.
• Coordinate project handover, punch list rectification and completion documentation.
• Supervise multiple projects across different locations when required.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients and represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in construction, industrial flooring, concrete repair, waterproofing or related industries.
• Experience supervising multiple project sites simultaneously is preferred.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site measurements and material planning.
• Familiar with site safety practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under tight project schedules.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving license, own transport and be willing to travel extensively throughout Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and basic reporting.
