Job summary

DEKOMAX CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking an on-site Site Supervisor to join a construction project team. You will support daily site operations, coordinate activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with construction drawings and project requirements.

This role follows a Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with Saturdays depending on site operations, and occasional travel to project sites. Fresh graduates may be considered; 2-3 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience in construction or site supervision.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be considered.
• Good communication, leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to manage site activities and resolve basic site issues.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Job description
