Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a skilled Scheduling Planner to develop, update, and monitor project schedules for critical facilities such as clean rooms, data centres, or hospitals. You will ensure timelines align with milestones and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, plus at least 3 years of scheduling experience. On-site work with occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of scheduling/planning experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of project lifecycle, construction sequencing, and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all project phases.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for inputs and progress updates.
• Ensure schedules reflect all critical activities including design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, and resource loading where necessary.
• Track and report progress against baselines and flag deviations to stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports including look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule and align with project objectives.
• Coordinate with cost control teams to align schedule with budget and forecasts.
