Job summary

Asiabina Holdings Sdn Bhd in Perak seeks an experienced Development Manager to lead project planning, track progress, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet client requirements on time.

You will drive risk management, ensure QA standards, support presales, and maintain professional relationships with business and user communities for current projects and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or professional degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5+ years in construction or project management.
• Strong knowledge of project implementation processes and QA.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plan and seek endorsement from senior management to execute accordingly.
• Negotiate and resolve changing customer needs.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and resolve issues in client-side projects.
• Monitor progress, coordinate resources to meet plan and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate progress to customers through status reports and meetings.
• Identify, minimize, resolve, and mitigate project risks.
• Apply QA procedures to ensure deliverable quality.
• Maintain project documents in a review process for customer acceptance.
• Establish professional relationships with business and user communities.
• Project Management support during presales stage, including project planning and resources estimation.

Job description

Develop project plan and seek endorsement from senior management to execute accordingly.

Negotiate and resolve the changing needs and requirements of customers.

Manage day-to-day tasks and resolve issues in various aspects of a project in client side

Monitor project progress, coordinate project team resources to act according to project plan, to ensure that performance of activities leads to production of deliverables that meets expectation and acceptance criteria

Proactively communicate project progress by briefing customer Project Manager through e.g., status reporting, deliverable checkpoints, meetings, discussions, to ensure deliverables are on track and meet client's expectations

Identify, minimize, resolve and mitigate project risks.

Apply quality assurance procedures to review and ensure the quality level of project deliverables.

Manage the project documents in a review process to achieve customer acceptance.

Establish and maintain a professional relationship with the business and user communities for the current projects and future opportunities

Project Management support during presales stage, including project planning and resources estimation

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) / Construction Management or equivalent

At least 5+ years of relevant experience in Construction / Project Management

Excellent leadership skills in leading large project teams Project Management support during presales stage, including project planning and resources estimation.

Skill and knowledge of overall project implementation management processes.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Developed critical and conceptual thinking skills.
