Dwisolar Sdn Bhd is seeking a project scheduling professional to create, maintain, and review detailed project schedules. The role involves liaising with managers and engineers to track progress, address issues, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery across construction sites.

The candidate should hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, be proficient in MS Office, PDF, and AutoCAD, and bring hands‑on troubleshooting skills. FDPS knowledge and site experience are a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiar with MS Office, PDF and AutoCAD.
• FDPS and mechanical services knowledge preferred.
• Familiar with construction site working environment.
• Troubleshooting and hands‑on skills.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Able to interact with project team to gather project data and cost information.
• Demonstrating knowledge of construction.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain and administer project schedule and plans.
• Design and develop project schedule.
• Analyse critical parts and constraints to determine effects on the schedule.
• Identify pitfalls and organize meetings with relevant parties.
• Liaise with surveyors, engineers and project managers.
• Create, maintain and review a programme of work.
• Monitor and notify that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Break large jobs into phases of development.
• Work with estimators to calculate resources needed for a project.
• Lead in preparation of monthly progress reports and forecasts.

Create, maintain, review and administer project schedule and plans, liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop project schedule

Analyse critical part and constraints to determine effect and impact on project schedule

Identify common pitfall and organize meeting with relevant parties

Liaise with surveyors, engineer and project managers

Create, maintain and review a programme of work

Monitor and notify that project are completed on time and within budget

Break large jobs down into phases of development

Work with estimators to calculate the resources needed for a project

Lead in preparation of monthly progress report for submission and forecast for team members, clients and stakeholders

About you

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent courses

Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, PDF and AutoCAD

Preferably candidates with FDPS and mechanical services knowledge

Familiar with construction site working environment

Troubleshooting and hands‑on skills

Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision from superior

Able to interact with project team to gather project data and cost information

Demonstrating knowledge of construction
