Job summary

Temokin Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction and property development efforts. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and controlling multiple high-rise projects across Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur, and Johor, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards.

You will liaise with architects, consultants, and authorities, manage risks, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction/property development.
• Proven track record managing high-rise projects.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee full lifecycle of construction and property development projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and quality control to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities for smooth execution.
• Monitor site progress and safety compliance with building plans and regulations.
• Prepare and present project status reports and cost analyses to top management.
• Identify and resolve risks, delays and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with construction laws and local authority requirements across locations.

Project Manager (Property & Construction Development)

About the Role

As part of our company's ongoing expansion into Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Langkawi, we are seeking experienced and driven Project Managers to lead and oversee our construction and property development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in high-rise building construction, proven project leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from planning through to completion.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the full project lifecycle of construction and property development projects, from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Liaise and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, safety compliance, and adherence to approved building plans and regulations.
• Prepare and present project status reports, cost analysis, and updates to top management.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with construction laws, safety standards, and local authority requirements across project locations.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in the construction and/or property development industry.
• Proven track record and hands-on experience managing high-rise building projects is a must.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, project management principles, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to be based at and travel between Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur, and Johor as required by project needs.
