Job summary

See Song & Sons Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead marine and civil engineering initiatives, including dredging, port construction, breakwaters, reclamation, and coastal structures. The candidate will oversee all project phases with emphasis on safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

The role requires a Civil/Marine Engineering degree, 5+ years as a project manager in marine works, and 15+ years in construction, plus strong leadership and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Marine Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years as a project manager in marine-related works and 15+ years in construction.
• Proven track record managing port, jetty, dredging, reclamation, or offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, equipment, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with international standards (FIDIC, ISO, HSE).
• Proficient in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.

• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee marine and civil engineering projects, including dredging, port construction, breakwaters, reclamation, and coastal structures. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of civil/marine/dredging projects from pre-construction through completion.
