Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end development, refurbishment, and maintenance for F&B outlets in Kuala Lumpur.

You will oversee multiple projects, ensure on-time delivery, maintain budget controls, and guarantee SOP compliance while aligning with business objectives. You will coordinate tender activities, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, monitor risks, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in F&B, retail or related industry.
• Experience supporting and coordinating tender processes.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced development environment and tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for F&B outlet development, refurbishment and maintenance.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Provide troubleshooting support for project and site issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular project reports and documentation.

Job description

Manage full project lifecycle for F&B outlet development projects, refurbishment projects, and maintenance issues.

Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality delivery and SOP compliance

Ensure projects deliver value and meet business objectives

Handle ad hoc project assignments and urgent operational requirements effectively

Support and coordinate tender processes, including preparation of documentation, vendor sourcing with coordination, evaluation, and award follow-up

Liaise with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, design, business development, marketing etc) and external parties (consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineer, landlords etc)

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions

Provide strong troubleshooting and problem-solving support for project and site issues

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Prepare regular project reports, updates, and documentation

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field

At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management within the F&B, retail, or similar industry

Experience in supporting and coordinating tender processes

Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Able to adapt to a fast-paced development environment

Proven capability in managing projects with budget control, timely completion, and quality delivery

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
