Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end development, refurbishment, and maintenance for F&B outlets in Kuala Lumpur.

You will oversee multiple projects, ensure on-time delivery, maintain budget controls, and guarantee SOP compliance while aligning with business objectives. You will coordinate tender activities, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, monitor risks, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in F&B, retail or related industry.
• Experience supporting and coordinating tender processes.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced development environment and tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for F&B outlet development, refurbishment and maintenance.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently ensuring timely completion and cost control.
• Uphold quality delivery and SOP compliance across all projects.
• Ensure projects deliver value and meet business objectives.
• Handle ad hoc project assignments and urgent operational requirements.
• Support and coordinate tender processes including documentation and vendor selection.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties for smooth delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Provide troubleshooting support for project and site issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular project reports and documentation.
