Job summary

Ottomous AI Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of enterprise SaaS and AI projects in Malaysia. You will collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive projects from requirements to go-live.

The ideal candidate will translate complex requirements into clear technical specs, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality through UAT and production launches in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–5 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS, software or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with AI-related projects such as chatbots, Voice AI, conversational AI, Generative AI or AI-powered applications is highly preferred.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, budgets, resources and multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of APIs, software integrations and technical concepts.
• Able to read API documentation and communicate effectively with developers and technical teams.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience managing UAT, QA/QC and production launches.
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong presentation, communication and technical demonstration skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with good business and commercial acumen.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving technology environment.
• Based in or able to work within the Kuala Lumpur / Selangor area.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS and AI projects.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for developers and technical teams.
• Understand and interpret API documentation, integrations and system workflows.
• Coordinate internal developers, AI engineers, vendors and customer stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, change requests and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead UAT, QA/QC and pre-launch testing to ensure project quality.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, technical presentations and customer training.
• Manage project documentation, meeting notes, action items and delivery status.
• Support pre-sales discussions, solution planning and technical demonstrations where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve solutions, project processes and customer outcomes.
