Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track all stages of animation production (pre-production, script/storyboard reviews, asset creation, animation, sound design, and final delivery).
• Collaborate with creative directors, scriptwriters, storyboard artists, animators, and external production partners.
• Manage team bandwidth, daily sprint check-ins, and project boards (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, or Notion) to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Facilitate review rounds, track revision notes, and ensure final deliverables meet brand standards, aesthetic guidelines, and narrative pacing.
• Monitor project milestones, external contractor agreements, voice talent, and software/licensing assets.
• Integrate modern production techniques, including AI-assisted creative workflows and rapid prototyping.

Job description

We are seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager (Animation Series & Creative Content) to oversee end-to-end production pipelines for original animated IP, character-driven storytelling, and brand commercial content. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and technical execution, ensuring milestones from initial scriptwriting and storyboarding to 2D/3D animation, AI-assisted video workflows, and final post-production are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and track all stages of animation production (pre-production, script/storyboard reviews, asset creation, animation, sound design, and final delivery)

Collaborate closely with creative directors, scriptwriters, storyboard artists, animators, and external production partners

Manage team bandwidth, daily sprint check-ins, and project boards (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, or Notion) to eliminate bottlenecks

About you

3+ years of experience in project management, production coordination, or creative operations within animation, video production, or creative agencies

Proficiency with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp) and familiarity with video review tools

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of translating creative visions into actionable technical tasks

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multi-project creative environment
