Job summary

Big 3 Media is seeking a Senior Project Management Executive to lead end-to-end creative and campaign projects across design, animation, video, and AI-driven initiatives in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all stages from kickoff to delivery.

You will own timelines, resource plans, and risk registers, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope changes, and troubleshoot issues to ensure on-time, on-brief results with high quality.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the creative, advertising or media industry.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects from design to delivery.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and deadlines.
• Interest in AI-related or emerging digital projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of creative and campaign-based projects across design, animation, video, and emerging AI-driven initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within scope, while adapting to evolving project needs.

Given the diverse nature of projects, this role requires strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project ManagementLead projects from kickoff to delivery across design, animation, video, and campaign-based workstreams, ensuring clear workflows, task allocation, and smooth execution across varying project types.

2. Timeline & Resource ManagementDevelop and manage detailed project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate across teams to meet deadlines and production requirements.

3. Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with creative, production, and account teams to ensure alignment on briefs, feedback, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Adaptability & Scope ManagementNavigate changes in scope, timelines, or deliverables with agility, ensuring solutions remain practical while maintaining quality and overall project objectives.

5. Project Ownership & Issue ResolutionApply structured thinking to anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and make informed decisions across different project formats and requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 yearsof relevant working experience in the creative, advertising or media industry
