Triton Poker Series in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Project Manager to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to our growing creative operation across campaigns and live events.

You will own intake, planning, capacity, timelines, and stakeholder alignment, while identifying improvements to scalable processes as the team expands. This role requires strong organization and collaboration across fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, creative production, traffic, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with firm deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge priorities and communicate trade-offs.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Notion, Lark, or similar.
  • Ability to remain calm, decisive, and organized under pressure, particularly in fast-moving or live-event environments.
  • Experience in events, sports, entertainment, or other deadline-driven industries is a strong advantage.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving processes and ways of working.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the creative request intake process, ensuring every project starts with a clear and complete brief.
  • Triage incoming requests based on urgency, impact, complexity, and available capacity.
  • Run weekly planning cycles to align priorities, capacity, upcoming work, risks, and blockers across creative teams.
  • Own the rolling creative calendar, proactively identifying deadline conflicts and capacity constraints.
  • Balance always-on creative needs with major campaigns and live events, ensuring both are delivered seamlessly.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, feedback, approvals, and sign-offs to keep projects moving.
  • Coordinate freelance and external support during peak periods, ensuring clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner closely with Creative Leads to ensure projects are appropriately planned and resourced while respecting creative ownership.
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve processes to make the creative operation more efficient and scalable.
  • Provide clear visibility on project status, capacity, priorities, and risks to relevant stakeholders and management.

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to our growing creative operation. As the central point of intake and coordination, you will own the operational system that enables our creative teams to focus on delivering high-quality work — from always‑on campaigns to major live events such as Jeju and Cyprus.

You’ll manage intake, priorities, capacity, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across multiple projects, ensuring the right work reaches the right people at the right time. Beyond keeping projects on track, you’ll identify opportunities to improve how we work and build scalable processes that support the team as we grow.
