Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, production coordination, or creative operations within animation, video production, or creative agencies
• Solid understanding of character animation pipelines, episodic video content, and post-production workflows
• Proficiency with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp) and familiarity with video review tools
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of translating creative visions into actionable technical tasks
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multi-project creative environment

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track all stages of animation production (pre-production, script/storyboard reviews, asset creation, animation, sound design, and final delivery)
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, scriptwriters, storyboard artists, animators, and external production partners
• Manage team bandwidth, daily sprint check-ins, and project boards to eliminate bottlenecks
• Facilitate review rounds, track revision notes, and ensure final deliverables meet brand standards, aesthetic guidelines, and narrative pacing
• Monitor project milestones, external contractor agreements, voice talent, and software/licensing assets
• Integrate modern production techniques, including AI-assisted creative workflows and rapid prototyping, to improve turnaround times
