Job summary

Get Rental Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with technical knowledge of commercial kitchen installations and fit-outs in Malaysia. You will coordinate clients, designers, contractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget, translating designs into practical installations and resolving site constraints.

You will manage costs and variations, review layouts and drawings, and ensure quality from planning through handover. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial kitchen, F&B fit-out or technical installation projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and installation requirements.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and translate designs into practical implementations.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, costing and budget management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and resourceful in resolving site challenges.
• Confident managing stakeholders, communicating changes and handling multiple projects; willing and able to travel.
• Experience in commercial kitchen design and build or restaurant fit-outs.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drainage, ventilation and gas requirements.
• Established relationships with kitchen equipment suppliers and contractors.
• Experience in procurement, commissioning and project handovers.
