Job summary

Talent Recruit seeks a Site/Project Manager (Design & Build) for our client in interior fit-out for commercial offices. You will manage proposals, site feasibility studies, and technical input, while coordinating with BD, procurement and operations to ensure client requirements are met.

You will lead project scheduling, manpower planning, and subcontractor selection, with flexibility to work weekends at critical stages and to ensure on-site quality across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in related fields required.
• Min 5-7 years of site or project management experience on commercial office projects.
• Must have own transport and be willing to work weekends or public holidays when site requires.

Responsibilities

• Work with BD on proposals, site feasibility studies and technical input.
• Interact with clients, prepare project costing and review tender/RFP documents.
• Coordinate with Commercial & Procurement on costing and technical requirements.
• Ensure specifications meet client needs and project scope across departments.
• Plan and allocate manpower for projects after award and monitor production schedules.
• Coordinate with site operations to resolve project issues and ensure quality at site.
• Assist in subcontractor selection and post-project contract reviews.

About the job Site / Project Manager (Design & Build)

Company Background

We are representing our client, a specialist in Interior Fit-Out, with a focus on Commercial Office Design. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Site/Project Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business Development personnel in all projects during the proposal stage that include site feasibilities studies, technical input as and when required
• Client interaction and presentation, preparing project costing for submission, as well as vetting through Tender /RFP documents during the proposal stage, in particularly relating to all technical requirements
• Work closely with Commercial & Procurement manager on relating to costing during proposal stage to ensure all projects and technical requirements
• Ensuring that specifications offered to clients is within the scope of the Company and that client's requirements are adequately conveyed to other departments, sections and project teams are met
• Assist in planning and allocating manpower (project supervisors/coordinators) for the team upon project award and after sales
• Overseeing to ensure that the team production schedules are fulfilled according to client's requirement
• Coordinating closely with site operations team for all projects related issues
• Carrying out pre and post show costing and contract review of project awarded
• Assist in selection sub-contractors and manpower
• Resolve any non-conformity raise as and when required
• Ensuring quality of productions at site
• Undertakes other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in related fields
• Min 5-7 years of experience as site or project management and have hands onexperience in commercial offices projects
• Must have own transport
• Must be open to over the weekend or public holidays to monitorsite progress (depending on the site condition especially at critical stage)
