Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Service (O2S) delivery process for fiber and data centre connectivity projects. Act as the primary customer interface, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and internal teams while delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The role supports enterprise, hyperscale and OTT customers, with a preference for candidates who can communicate in Mandarin to support China-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete Order-to-Service (O2S) lifecycle from order validation through service activation, customer acceptance and billing readiness.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, managing communications, expectations, project governance and overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, dependencies and risks are effectively controlled.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Planning, ISP, OSP, Engineering, NOC, Finance, Procurement and Sales to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead customer meetings, prepare project updates, executive dashboards, meeting minutes and action trackers.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, change requests, acceptance documents and version-controlled records.
- Monitor project KPIs, SLAs, delivery performance and proactively escalates issues to minimise project delays.
- Ensure service delivery is aligned with commercial commitments and revenue assurance requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvement, workflow standardisation and automation initiatives, including AI-enabled productivity improvements within the Order Desk.
- Build strong working relationships with enterprise, hyperscale and OTT customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in telecommunications, fiber infrastructure, data centre connectivity or network project management.
- Mandarin proficiency spoken and written is preferred to support China-based OTT customers.
- Strong technical knowledge of fiber networks, ISP/OSP implementation, DWDM, dark fiber and service delivery processes.
- Excellent project documentation, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
