Arnet Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Order-to-Service (O2S)Delivery Lead to champion the end-to-end lifecycle for fiber and data centre projects. You will act as the main customer liaison, coordinating across Planning, ISP/OSP, Engineering, NOC, Finance, Procurement and Sales to ensure timely, scoped and high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong project governance, documentation discipline and stakeholder management, with a preference for Mandarin language skills to support China-based OTT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/telecommunications/IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in telecoms, fiber infrastructure, data center connectivity or network project management.
• Mandarin proficiency spoken and written preferred for China-based OTT customers.
• Strong knowledge of fiber networks, ISP/OSP implementation, DWDM, dark fiber and service delivery processes.
• Excellent project documentation, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Own the complete Order-to-Service lifecycle from order validation through activation, acceptance and billing readiness.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, managing communications, governance and satisfaction.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with milestones, deliverables, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Planning, ISP, OSP, Engineering, NOC, Finance, Procurement and Sales).
• Lead customer meetings, prepare updates, dashboards, meeting minutes and trackers.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, RAID logs, change requests and versioned records.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and delivery performance; escalate issues to minimize delays.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with commercial commitments and revenue assurance.
• Drive process improvements, workflow standardisation and automation initiatives, including AI-enabled productivity improvements within the Order Desk.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise, hyperscale and OTT customers while maintaining professionalism.
