Responsibilities

• Manage & control projects to meet contract requirements and budget.
• Collaborate with service engineers and manage sub-contractors per plan.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and issue invoices per milestones.
• Lead multiple projects and ensure delivery per requirements.
• Schedule and attend project meetings as needed.
• Maintain integrated costing sheets and track project expenses.
• Attend site project meetings (technical, coordination, etc.).
• Support contract admin including ordering, billing milestones, drawings & O&M submissions.
• Coordinate with Customer Service/SCM on parts ordering and lead times.
• Manage sub-contractor schedules and quality of work.
• Support FAT/SAT responses and report compilation with Service team.
• Uphold QMS/EHS: implement risk-based thinking and sustain QMS/EHS goals.

What you’ll do:

• A. Manage & control projects to meet the contract requirements and ensure cost control to meet project budget
• B. Collaborate with Eaton Service Engineers and manage sub-contractors in resource deployment according to project implementation plan
• C. Provide accurate and timely sales forecast and issuance of invoice per contract milestone/progressive claims
• D. Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to each project requirements
• E. Schedule and attend project meeting/discussions per project requirements
• F. Maintain upto date project integrated costing sheet and traceable tracking record to account for project expenses.
• G. Attendance of project meetings (technical, coordination etc) at site
• H. Manage / support contract administration works (ordering, billing milestone, shop drawings & O&M submission)
• I. Work with Customer Service / Supply Chain Management (SCM) team on parts ordering and lead time to meet project requirements
• J. Manage sub-contractor work schedule, resource deployment and quality of work.
• K. Manage customers requests during product FAT / SAT and support Service team on result obtained and report compilation
• L. Be committed & responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) / Environment Health & Safety (EHS):
• a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
• b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS / EHS
• c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS / EHS requirements
• d. Ensuring the QMS / EHS meets its goals
• e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS /EHS
• f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline PHP - Project Management Professional Cert
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Auto-CAD skill
• Good communication skill
