Job summary

Sutera Satu Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead rail infrastructure and construction projects in Malaysia. You will own projects from planning through handover, overseeing teams, contractors and site resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a proactive problem-solving approach, with accountability for project performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Hands-on, accountable and commercially aware.
• Ability to independently lead a project and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned projects from planning to completion and handover

• Manage programme, budget, cost, quality and project performance
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and key stakeholders

About you

Rail industry experience advantageous, particularly those familiar with rail infrastructure, operational environments, authority requirements and multidisciplinary project coordination
