Job summary

Focus Insight Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager to lead intelligent manufacturing and automation initiatives in Penang. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, and delivering project outcomes on time.

You will analyze data, prepare reports, and flag risks while liaising with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders. A Diploma or bachelor’s degree is required, with 3–5 years PM experience.

Fixed Allowance 固定补贴：RM300 per month

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of related work experience in PM field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) , project management tools, and basic data analysis skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, able to adapt and learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese language (speaking, reading, writing) to liaise both internally and externally.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Hardworking and resilient, able to adapt to business travel and overtime
• Experience in Semiconductor or Automation industries is very highly preferred.
• Short notice period preferred (Immediate starters or candidates with 1-to-2-month notice).
