Job summary

Estek Automation in Penang, Batu Kawan, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead automation and engineering projects from inception to handover. You will coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and liaise with customers, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

Travel to sites will be required occasionally. This role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and independent work across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in automation, machinery, manufacturing, or engineering projects is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
