Responsibilities

• Lead quotation preparation for customer projects, including cost estimation and feasibility analysis
• Collect data for new project quotations, perform internal cost calculations, and obtain quotation approvals
• Establish and lead project development teams with clear communication to customers and stakeholders
• Manage projects through the full product lifecycle from development to production phase-out
• Maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers, understanding needs and issues
• Oversee First Article Inspection (FAI) samples during development and track approvals
• Organize project documentation and development schedules, ensuring version control
• Coordinate customer visits and on-site activities, closing all action items
• Lead regular project status reviews, escalating issues to management and customers
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support project objectives
• Control development costs and analyze variances against the quotation budget
• Lead team development and coaching of project engineers
• Ensure controlled release of customer drawings, CAD models, and technical standards
• Participate in defining Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, and CP
• Assist in PPAP/APQP documentation as applicable
• Review customer contracts and new product orders
• Conduct risk assessments with mitigation actions during development
• Manage engineering changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Engage with domestic and international customers to maintain long-term relationships

Lead customer projectquotation preparation, including cost estimation andproject development feasibility analysis.

Collect data for new project quotations, performinternal cost calculations, and submit quotations for approval.

Establish and leadproject development teams, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Manage projects throughout theentire product lifecycle, from development to production phase-out.

Build and maintain strong relationships withkey customer decision-makers, actively listening to identify issues and understand customer needs.

Be responsible forFAI (First Article Inspection) sample submissionduring the project development phase.

Track and follow up onFAI approval and trial assembly approvalfor newly developed samples.

Organize, archive, monitor, and continuously updateproject documentation and development schedules.

Coordinate customer visits, manage on-site activities, and ensureclosure of all action items.

Lead regularproject status review meetings, reporting project progress and escalating key issues to management and customers.

Coordinateinternal and external resourcesto support project team members in achieving project objectives.

Control project development costs and conductcost variance analysis against the original quotation budget.

Leadproject team development and capability building.

Develop company talent bycoaching and mentoring project engineersto successfully deliver projects.

Ensure controlled management and release ofcustomer drawings, CAD models, and relevant technical standards.

Participate in definingProcess Flow Diagrams (PFD),Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), andControl Plans (CP).

Participate in the preparation ofPPAP/APQP documentation(as applicable).

Be responsible forcustomer contract review and new product order review.

Conductrisk assessmentsduring project development and define corresponding mitigation action plans.
