FrameMotion Studio Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive immersive environment and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. You will lead with independence and organization, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on-site.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, quality, and documentation, conducting site inspections, and reporting progress to management to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery that matches

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management for interior fit-out or related construction.
• Independent, organized, and capable of leading multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal English; Mandarin an advantage.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead immersive experience and interior fit-out projects from planning through handover.
• Coordinate daily with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage site activities, schedules, quality, safety, and progress.
• Prepare timelines, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues.
• Monitor budgets, variations, procurement, and risks.
• Chair project meetings and track action items.
• Ensure documentation and approvals are up to date.
• Report status to management with clear updates.
• Ensure on-time, in-budget delivery per design intent.

FrameMotion Studio creates immersive environments that combine storytelling, technology, and interior construction. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is highly independent, organised, and capable of driving projects from award to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, solving problems on-site, communicating with clients and contractors, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead immersive experience and interior fit-out projects from planning through final handover.
• Coordinate daily with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage all site activities, construction schedules, quality, safety, and project progress.
• Prepare and maintain project timelines, work schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve technical and construction issues.
• Monitor project budgets, variation orders, procurement status, and project risks.
• Organise and chair project meetings while ensuring all action items are followed through.
• Ensure documentation, approvals, and project records are complete and up to date.
• Report project status regularly to management with clear, structured updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to design intent.

About you

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in interior fit-out, exhibitions, themed attractions, museums, or construction projects.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Confident communicating with corporate clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable.
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems under pressure.
• Willing to travel and attend project sites when required.
