3 POINT 8 ART & CREATIVE SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to independently manage projects from preparation to handover. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with internal teams and external partners on festive decorations, mall installations, and exhibitions.

The role requires 2–3 years in project coordination, strong planning and communication, and the ability to travel and work on-site, including outside normal hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, Event Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, site execution, construction, events, exhibitions, or related industries.
• Good planning, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project execution, including small, medium, large, and complex projects.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, logistics, installation, and dismantling activities.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and site representatives.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct on-site quality checks and arrange immediate rectification of defects or structural issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected project or site challenges.
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain proper project documentation.
• Support project handover, completion reporting, and post-project reviews.
• Ensure site activities comply with company procedures and safety requirements.

Job Summary

You will independently coordinate and execute projects of various sizes from preparation to final handover, ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and according to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete project execution, including small, medium, large, and complex projects.

Plan and coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, logistics, installation, and dismantling activities.

Coordinate closely with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and site representatives.

Requirements

At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, site execution, construction, events, exhibitions, or related industries.

Good planning, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to travel, work on-site, and support projects outside normal working hours when required.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Experience in festive decorations, mall installations, exhibitions, retail displays, or commercial projects is an advantage.
