Job summary

Phitomas Sdn Bhd is a regional ERP implementation leader delivering end-to-end projects across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on managing ERP deployments from planning through post-implementation support, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of PM experience with ERP projects and strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Hybrid work options and regional exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years managing ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or NetSuite.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes, system integration, data migration and implementation methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage. Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies is preferred.

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, from planning and execution to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

Plan, manage and deliver ERP implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope and quality objectives are met.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project risks, issues, resources, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

What we're looking for
