Job description

Job Summary:

Our Esteemed and Reputable Client is in the heavy engineering industry, listed in Singapore Stock Exchange. They are looking for an ERP Project Manager to be based in the Kuala Lumpur office to lead the application integration and digital transformation projects under the technology division of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive ERP project execution, delivery and post-go-live support
• Manage project scope, costing, timeline, resources and risks based on the approved SOW
• Ensure alignment across internal units and stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate if the delivered features solve the business problems
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digital transformation
• Lead the ERP projects using Agile methodology
• Oversee UAT planning and execution
• Maintain delivery predictability and stakeholder confidence
• Using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Drive continuous enhancement of solutions based on user feedback and data insights
• Set up program governance to keep the Stakeholders, Head of Business Units informed about the project status

Requirements:

• Min 8 years of experience in Project Management
• Experience delivering large-scale applications such as SAP, ERP, Salesforce
• Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• PMP/Prince 2, Certified Scrum Master certification are an advantage
