Job summary

LOCUS-T, a Malaysia Book of Records holder and one of Malaysia’s leading digital marketing agencies with over 25 years of proven experience, is seeking a Client Success Specialist to build trusted client partnerships and coordinate multi-platform campaigns.

You will collaborate with internal experts and clients across Google, Meta, TikTok and XHS to ensure campaigns are delivered with clarity, accountability, and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or Admin, or Diploma with 3+ years client servicing.
• Industry knowledge in digital marketing and online campaign growth.
• Detail-oriented with strong delivery and deadlines.
• Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management – build and maintain strong relationships with clients across campaigns.
• Project Coordination – oversee website, landing pages, banners and related design projects.
• Campaign Support – coordinate campaigns across SEO, Google, Meta, TikTok, and XHS.
• Performance Reporting – provide updates and insights to drive client growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – work with internal teams to meet client goals and timelines.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships through calls, emails, and meetings, becoming the trusted advisor clients rely on for their digital growth.
• Project Coordination – Oversee website, landing page, and banner design projects to ensure smooth execution, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Campaign Support – Support and coordinate client campaigns across SEO, Google, Meta, TikTok, and XHS, ensuring platform strategies align with client objectives and performance goals.
• Performance Reporting – Maintain consistent communication, share campaign updates, and present performance insights that drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with internal teams to understand client goals, manage budgets, propose effective solutions, and ensure all deliverables meet expectations and timelines.

What You Bring:

• Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Administration, or Diploma with 3+ years of client servicing experience showcasing your dedication to excellence.
• Industry Knowledge – Background in digital marketing or a related field, with a solid understanding of how online campaigns drive real business growth.
• Detail & Delivery Focus – Proven ability to manage multiple projects with precision, meet tight deadlines, and ensure every client experience exceeds expectations.
• Communication Skills – Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage and manage clients across diverse markets.
• Problem-Solving & Relationship Building – A natural negotiator who resolves challenges proactively and turns them into opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
