LOCUS-T Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia Book of Records holder and a long‑standing digital marketing agency, seeks a Business Growth Consultant to expand client base and drive measurable growth across Google, Meta, TikTok and XHS. The role focuses on selling digital marketing solutions, expanding accounts, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
• Strong presentations, communication, and teamwork.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Hit personal and team sales targets.
• Expand our client base and renew existing accounts.
• Develop sales strategies and pitch them to your manager.
• Perform daily sales tasks: calls, follow-ups, updates.
• Solve problems and manage client relationships.
• Report sales progress and forecasts weekly/monthly.

YourCoreResponsibilities:

Hit personal and team sales targets.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds, including Mandarin-speaking clients.
