Job summary

LOCUS-T, a Malaysia-based digital marketing agency, is hiring a Business Growth Consultant to expand our client base and drive measurable growth across Google, Meta, TikTok and XHS campaigns.

You will hit personal and team sales targets, renew accounts, develop sales strategies, and handle daily outreach while collaborating with an experienced marketing team in a hybrid work setup.

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; diploma or degree in Business or Marketing is required.

Qualifications

• Strong in presentations, communication, and teamwork.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Hit personal and team sales targets.
• Expand our client base and renew existing accounts.
• Develop sales strategies and pitch them to your manager.
• Perform daily sales tasks: calls, follow-ups, updates.
• Solve problems and manage client relationships.
• Report sales progress and forecasts weekly/monthly.
