TESS Integrated Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full delivery lifecycle of Electrical works on projects across Malaysia. You will handle project planning, procurement coordination, site execution, and client/consultant liaison from award through to handover and DLP close-out.

The role requires 8–12 years in M&E/electrical contracting, strong LV/HV system knowledge, and willingness to deploy to Johor sites. PMP/CIOB is a bonus.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of project management experience in M&E/electrical contracting.
• Data centre project experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of LV/HV electrical systems.
• Familiar with Malaysian and Singapore regulatory frameworks (CIDB, DOSH, BOMBA, TNB/EMA, SCDF, BCA).
• Experience managing project budgets, VOs, and subcontractor accounts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across client, consultant, and site levels.
• Willingness to deploy to Johor state, Malaysia sites.
• PMP, CIOB or equivalent certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of electrical scopes on projects, from tender handover through construction, testing & commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and maintain the master project programme, coordinating trade sequencing between electrical, fire protection, and civil/structural interfaces.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and variation order (VO) processes in coordination with the QS/commercial team.
• Act as primary point of contact with clients, main contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Chair and drive progress meetings, coordination meetings, and technical review meetings; issue minutes and track action closure.
• Oversee procurement planning and coordinate with the supply chain team on long-lead items (switchgear, generators, UPS, busduct, cabling).
• Manage subcontractor performance, site resourcing, and manpower planning across multiple concurrent workfronts.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, quality standards, and client-specific commissioning protocols.
• Monitor and report project KPIs, risk registers, and progress status to senior management on a regular cadence.
• Support tender adjudication and project mobilisation planning for upcoming bids.

About you
