Job summary

Cloud Kinetics in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead delivery across SaaS and ERP platforms. You will drive Agile/Scrum processes, coordinate with stakeholders up to the C-suite, and shape roadmaps through business and data analysis.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management or PMO, strong Excel and Python data skills, and proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Tableau or Cognos. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity with AI-assisted planning tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT project management, product ownership, or PMO roles, ideally across SaaS, ERP, or enterprise platforms.
Proven experience running Agile/Scrum delivery (Scrum Master experience strongly preferred).
Strong background in business/data analysis: requirements gathering, gap analysis, current-state assessment, and roadmap planning.
Experience with project and BI tools: JIRA, MS Project, Tableau, IBM Cognos, or equivalent.
Advanced MS Excel skills and working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated experience managing relationships up to C-suite level.
Comfortable working with AI-assisted planning/documentation tools as part of the delivery process (no ML/AI engineering background required).
