Job summary

HLH Building & Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction and interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. You will coordinate Project Coordinators, site teams, subcontractors and workers to deliver results safely, on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or related field, at least five years of project management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Experience in interior fit-out, commercial renovation or main contractor projects is preferred
• Strong site coordination and project planning ability
• Able to manage several projects and teams simultaneously
• Good understanding of drawings, construction sequence and site execution
• Possess own transport and valid driving licence

• Review drawings, specifications and site requirements before execution
• Manage subcontractor work packages and monitor their productivity and quality
• Identify project risks, delays and site issues early and implement corrective actions
• Manage project handover, defects and close-out
