Job summary

COL ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead civil and infrastructure projects ensuring on-time delivery.

You will plan, coordinate, and monitor activities, manage budgets, and report progress to directors and clients while guiding a team to achieve project goals. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• To lead the team to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
• Must be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
• To prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure all project deadlines are met.
• Able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.
• Communicate effectively to convey ideas, expectations, and information to subordinate, directors, and clients.
• To identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.
• Must be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.
• Must be able to work collaboratively to achieve project goals.
