Job summary

Inspira Resources Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Project Manager (Construction Engineering) to oversee project matters, prepare progress reports, and develop time-based programs. You will chair subcontractor meetings, coordinate with clients and authorities, and ensure project delivery within time, quality, and budget constraints.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Construction Management, at least 5 years in construction, and willingness to work in UTM, Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of building and construction processes, standards, and site operations.
• Prior experience working with Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) is an added advantage.
• Experience in hospital building projects is highly preferred.
• Applicant must be willing to work in UTM, Johor Bahru.
