Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Project Management certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or IT/system implementation.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT/system implementation projects.
• Strong vendor, stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of project planning, implementation, risk and change management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Experience in higher education/university or large organisations is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects involving implementation and enhancement of university management systems.
• Coordinate project activities across internal departments, IT teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and activities.
• Ensure vendors deliver requirements and deliverables within the timeline.
• Coordinate business, operational and user readiness for system implementation.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making among stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate system transition, knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
• Prepare project status updates, reports and meeting minutes for Management.
• Maintain project records and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by Management.

• Coordinate business, operational and user readiness for system implementation and rollout.
• Facilitate communication, collaboration and decision-making among stakeholders to resolve project issues and ensure project progress.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate system transition, knowledge transfer, ownership handover and operational readiness.
• Prepare project status updates, reports, meeting minutes and relevant documentation for Management and project steering committees.
• Maintain proper project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by Management.
