Job summary

Deer Smart Technologies is expanding globally and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale data center and industrial construction projects. You will oversee construction plans, review drawings, develop execution plans, manage schedules, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and control costs while ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or mission-critical construction projects.
• Data Center construction experience is highly preferred.
• Overseas project experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Male candidates who can speak Mandarin are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the preparation of construction organization plans and specialized construction methodologies.
• Review construction drawings and engineering documents, and approve site material procurement and requisitions.
• Develop the overall project execution plan and manage all aspects of the project, including construction, engineering, quality, safety, commercial operations, finance, and team management.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly construction schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise project documentation, manage progress claims and payments, accelerate cash flow, and oversee project cost accounting and expense control.
• Direct on-site construction activities, ensuring the efficient utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower while maintaining cost control.
• Lead project completion, handover, final account settlement, and coordinate with clients and third-party auditors to complete project audits.
• Resolve technical issues during construction, lead engineering optimization and value engineering initiatives, and contribute to additional commercial opportunities.
• Act as a core member during tendering and project execution by providing recommendations on cost optimization and pricing, particularly for major construction materials and equipment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or mission-critical construction projects.

Data Center construction experience is highly preferred.
