Job summary

TechTiera seeks a senior AI strategist to develop and implement the Group's AI roadmap across diverse business units, including HR, Finance, Operations, and Sales. You will identify opportunities, evaluate AI tools, and drive organization-wide adoption of AI and automation.

Responsibilities include managing AI projects from planning to adoption, ensuring governance and data privacy, and collaborating with IT and external partners to deliver measurable business value and cost efficiency.

Job description

Develop and implement the Group's AI strategy and roadmap.

Identify opportunities to use AI and automation across HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Property, Retail, Plantation, Mining, Steel, Driving Academy, and other business units.

Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable AI tools and technologies.

Work with departments to improve and automate existing business processes and workflows.

Implement AI and automation solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Develop AI-powered reporting, dashboards, and other solutions where applicable.

Manage AI projects from planning through implementation and adoption.

Establish and promote responsible AI usage, data security, and compliance with company policies.

Monitor the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions and recommend improvements.

Keep up to date with the latest AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for Management.

Work with IT, business units, and external vendors/consultants on AI-related projects.

Promote AI adoption and identify new opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, technology, business process improvement, or a related field.

Practical knowledge of Generative AI, AI tools, automation, and emerging AI technologies.

Experience in implementing AI or automation projects is preferred.

Good understanding of business processes and workflow improvement.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work with multiple departments and business units.

Able to evaluate AI tools and translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance is an advantage.

Experience working with AI vendors, technology providers, or consultants is an advantage.

Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and continuous learning.

Business-oriented and commercially minded, with the ability to identify practical AI opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
