Job summary

Sinotrans Malaysia is seeking a Project & Freight Operations professional to coordinate logistics for Air, Sea and Land shipments, manage bookings and schedules, and liaise with clients and vendors. The role requires robust on-site coordination and strong problem-solving skills.

You will work closely with the BD team for quotations, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO 9001 standards. Working location is Setia Alam, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred.
• Experience in project logistics, port operations or on-site operations is an added advantage.
• Must communicate effectively in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project logistics and freight operations across Air, Sea and Land shipments.
• Arrange shipment bookings, documentation, transport, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones and deliverables for timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, ports, transporters, and site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Support on-site activities and coordinate with authorities when required.
