Job summary

• Request monthly ocean freight quotations from shipping agents, compare rates and identify the most competitive options.
• Arrange export shipment bookings with shipping agents and freight forwarders.
• Monitor shipment schedules, container bookings, and cargo loading arrangements to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Monitor and coordinate import and export shipment handling by the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate job planning with the Production Planner.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and documentation related to duty exemption and duty drawback.
• Team Supervision: Oversee the logistics team and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
