OKAMURA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable project coordinator to support renovation and interior fit-out projects. You will monitor planning, assist the project manager in scheduling, tendering, and coordinating with designers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities include liaising with clients and vendors, budgeting and expenditure control, and preparing daily and weekly reports. The role requires adaptability to night or weekend work when required and strong teamwork.

Monitoring project planning and assist project manager to prepare project scheduling, tendering, interior fit-out coordination.
Liaise with clients & vendors on keeping track & control schedules of cost, time and quality.
Liaise with designers and subcontractors for follow-up of drawings, submission, completion letter, delivery process, etc.
Perform & monitor budgeting and expenditure control management.
Familiar with building interior contractual terms and laws and regulations in Malaysia.
Manage site operation, coordination & safety meeting.
Prepare daily & weekly report, meeting minutes (knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel).
Resolve the site issue with good interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree qualification from a recognized institution.
Relevant working experience in Renovation, Project management and coordination.
Knowledge in Architectural / Interior Designer drawings/ AutoCAD.
Possess good interpersonal communication and analytical skills with people at all levels.
Able to work on multiple projects within a simultaneous timeline and meet deadline.
Willing to work at night and weekend due to project nature, if required.
Able to work independently under tight schedules.
Possess strong team spirit work attitude.
