Job summary

ARH JURUKUR BAHAN SDN BHD is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage QS duties across pre- and post-contract stages, including tendering, cost estimation, and payment certification. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, civil works or electrical (M&E) projects.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, quantities and costs.
• Experience in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and quantity take-off using Autodesk Revit and/or Glodon software.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for site visits or meetings as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle QS duties including contract management and tendering (pre- and post-contract).
• Estimate costs, prepare claims, and certify progress payments.
• Review drawings and specifications to assess quantities and costs.
• Liaise with subcontractors for quotations and procurement.
• Prepare and assess variation orders, remeasurement, and final accounts.
• Prepare financial statements.
