Job summary

Gplex Properties Sdn Bhd (Gplex Realty) is seeking a Project Executive (Property Development). You will drive development from concept to completion, coordinating consultants, securing authority submissions, supporting tenders, and monitoring sites to ensure timely, fully compliant project delivery.

Fresh graduates are encouraged. A Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required, with 1–3 years' experience in property development or

Responsibilities

Coordinate and attend meetings with consultants, tracking follow-ups and timely delivery of drawings and documents.
Assist in preparing tenders, requesting quotations, evaluating, maintaining BOQ records, and supporting contracts.
Conduct site visits, prepare progress reports, document site photos, and follow up with contractors.
Maintain project files, prepare letters, reports, and presentations; support due diligence for new land deals.

Project Executive (Property Development)

You are the driving force that transforms development concepts into successful finished projects, managing the end-to-end development cycle by coordinating consultants, securing essential authority submissions, supporting tenders, and monitoring the site to guarantee timely and fully compliant project completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and attend meetings with consultants, track follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery of drawings and documents.
Assist in preparing tenders, requesting quotations, compiling evaluations, maintaining BOQ records, and supporting contract documentation.
Conduct site visits, prepare progress reports, document site photos, and follow up with contractors.
Maintain project files, prepare letters, reports, and presentations, and support due diligence for new land deals.

REQUIREMENTS:Fresh graduates encouraged to apply

Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in property development, consulting, or contracting.
Good organisation, communication, and time-management skills.
Able to coordinate multiple consultants and follow up effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Position requires travel to authorities, consultants, and project sites as needed.
