Liaise with town planners, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with planning requirements.

Coordinate with relevant government authorities to obtain all statutory and regulatory approvals, including planning approvals, infrastructure clearances, and building plan approvals.

Ensure submission timelines are met, and all documentation is accurately tracked and archived.

  3. Detailed Design Development (Construction Drawing)
