Job summary

FBG Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive - Property Development to assist the project team with activities, schedules and timelines. You will liaise with authorities for approvals and coordinate with consultants and internal departments to manage requisitions, deposits and payments.

The role supports administrative functions, ensures consultant drawings are current, and handles progress reports, defects, and end-user liaison.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering/ Architecture/ Project Management or related field.
• Minimum (Executive 3 years/Senior Executive 5 years) Knowledge in the Property Development field or equivalent.
• Willing to travel outstation for work.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, Photoshop,

Responsibilities

• Assist Assistant Manager/Manager on project activities, schedule and timeline.
• Liaison with authorities to expedite development order approval, building plan approval and all other authority compliances/approvals;
• To attend to authorities related matters.
• Assisting Project Team in organizing authorities' approval with consultant team.
• Coordination with internal departments/consultants to raise requisition for deposits or payment to utility companies, authorities or etc.
• To provide administrative support to the department and all works assigned, included and not limited to taking minutes of meeting, filing, copying, organizing, drafting correspondences etc.
• To check and ensure consultant drawings are up to date and compliant to our requirements.
• Progress report management
• Coordination with Contractor for construction works
• Vacant Possession Management
• Building Defects Management
• Liaison with end-user
• Compliance to ISO Procedures
