Job summary

COL ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a Project Manager to oversee civil engineering projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage costs, monitor resources, supervise site activities, and ensure quality while liaising with clients, main contractors, consultants and suppliers.

A diploma or higher and at least five years in related field are required, with a proven track record in supervision and delivery. We offer a full-time role with competitive monthly salary, cell phone reimbursement, free parking

• Diploma or higher is required.
• Must be responsible and independent.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and control on assigned projects.
• Perform cost control and minimize wastage for all projects.
• Ensure all projects have sufficient resources (manpower, material, machinery, tools and equipment and sub-contractor).
• Cooperate with subordinates to monitor material and progress on site.
• Attend to client for proposals, marketing, and project discussions.
