Job summary

HUMANOMICS SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam seeks a proactive Project Executive to oversee an EV delivery fleet. You will recruit and supervise riders, coordinate schedules, and liaise with clients on progress and improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, strong recruitment and team leadership, Bahasa Malaysia communication, and solid reporting. This is a hands-on position with a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management, ground operations, or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment and team management
• Proven experience in client management
• Strong communication skills, especially in Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Rider
• Liaise with client on weekly updates on project status, improvements, and expansion plan
• Manage and supervise a rider team of up to 100 manpower
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize rider schedules and delivery routes
• Monitor rider performance and ensure operational efficiency
• Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, onboarding riders
• Maintain clear communication with riders, especially in Bahasa Malaysia
• Prepare basic reports on performance, attendance, and metrics
• Ensure compliance with company standards and delivery procedures
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and provide timely solutions

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Executive /Senior Project Executive to oversee and manage EV delivery fleet. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operations, recruitment, and team management, with the ability to handle up to 50-100 manpower.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Rider
• Liaise with client on weekly updates in terms of project status, improvement review & expansion plan
• Manage and supervise a rider team of up to 100 manpower
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize rider schedules and delivery routes
• Monitor rider performance and ensure operational efficiency

• Maintain clear and effective communication with riders, especially in Bahasa Malaysia

• Ensure compliance with company standards and delivery procedures
